Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and stock availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location. Rates will be displayed at checkout before finalising your purchase. We aim to offer competitive rates and transparent pricing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship across South Africa. For international orders, please contact our support team at info@rigr.co.za to inquire about availability and shipping rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@rigr.co.za or +27 79 092 6764. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a refund.
