DZOFilm Arcana 1.5x T2.1 FF Anamorphic Cinema Lens 3-Lens Set (PL)

The DZO Arcana is a compact full-frame anamorphic trio designed for filmmakers who want the oval bokeh and horizontal flares of classic anamorphic glass without the weight penalty. The hybrid 1.5x squeeze maintains the iconic look across 32mm, 45mm and 75mm focal lengths, all at a constant T2.1, with each body staying around 700g. Supplied in ARRI PL mount with titanium finish, it suits cinematography, commercial work and documentary shooters working handheld, on gimbal rigs or with the DJI Ronin 4D.

The practical advantage is consistency. Each lens weighs between 690–710g and measures 80mm in length, so you swap focal lengths without rebalancing a gimbal or altering your handheld setup. The hybrid optical design delivers exceptional edge sharpness across the full-frame 43.3mm image circle while maintaining a stable 1.5x squeeze from close focus to infinity. Close focus sits between 48–78cm depending on focal length, practical for solo work and intimate compositions. The 80mm front diameter accepts standard 77mm circular filters and integrates seamlessly with matte boxes and follow focus systems.

Built from aluminum alloy with titanium-tone anodization, these are durable tools for production work where gear needs to survive repeated setups and real-world conditions. The front cylindrical design produces natural horizontal flares that respond to light color, while the 14-blade elliptical aperture renders the waterfall bokeh associated with much heavier 2x anamorphic lenses.
